Are the Capacities the Same on Both Hitch Balls on the Gen-Y Phantom X Adjustable 2-Ball Mount?
Question:
Are all three if the different hook ups 2”, 2 5/16” and pintle rated at 16k or do each of them have a different rating? If so what are there ratings in each configuration?

Yes, they are all rated for 16,000 lbs. I checked with Gen-Y and the Phantom X Adjustable 2-Ball Mount item # GY35XR has a maximum capacity of 16,000 lbs no matter what attachment you are using.
