I see you were looking at base plates. For your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-5. Roadmaster has always made a quality product and this will allow you to easily connect to your tow vehicle using the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676. You may need one of their High/Low adapters to level your tow bars as they need to mount within 3" of level from your tow vehicle to your Jeep. Here is a list of the different height adapters.

4" Rise/Drop # RM-048-4
6" Rise/Drop # RM-048-6
8" Rise/Drop # RM-048-8
10-1/4" Rise/Drop # RM-048-10

The Roadmaster Accessory Kit # RM-9284-2 will provide you with the electrical wiring as well as locks, lube, storage bag and cover for the tow bars. You will also need the Charge Line # RM-156-25 to ensure your battery is not drained by your supplemental braking system. The Demco Air Force One # DM26VR is for tow vehicles which have air actuated brakes while the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO # DM86VR.
