The only weight information I could find on your 1999 Carriage Cameo M26-FLS is 5,620lbs which is the weight of the travel trailer when it left the factory. You will want to have the tongue weight verified by either using the Scale # e99044 or finding a local scale you can take the trailer to have weights checked. Based on the dry weight of the trailer you will want either the Equal-i-zer 10,000lb or 12,000lb. I have listed the tongue weight ratings for both the hitches below. I prefer the Equal-i-zer brand as they are made in the USA with a lifetime warranty and they continue to be the hitch everyone tries to compare themselves to.
600-1,000lbs Tongue Weight, Trailer Up to 10,000lbs # EQ37100ET
800-1,200lbs Tongue Weight, Trailer Up to 12,000lbs # EQ37120ET
