Will 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter Fit a 1995 GMC C/K Series Pickup Truck
Question:
Will part number 20036 work on my 1995 GMC 1500 Sierra pickup. Trailer has surge bakes and is a 5 pin. Thank you.

Yes, all you will need is to plug the 4-Way end into an existing 4-Way on your 1995 GMC pickup and then use the included quick splice connector in adapter # 20036 to connect the blue wire to a reverse light wire on the truck. Then it will activate the electric reverse lockout on the surge coupler when the truck is put in reverse.
If you need to add a 4-Way to the truck you can use # 118315.
