I have a rack thats attached to the back of my verve 2. Would that. prevent me from using this hitch mount rack?

Thanks for the picture! No, it won't. Since that rack is on the back tire on your Verve 2 E-Bike you shouldn't have any issues using the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack item # KU84FR. You will want to stop the clamp short of that fender on your rear wheel.
