I can certainly point you in the right direction. There are limited options for lifting a trailer. It really comes down to what kind of axles are on your Premier 7K car trailer. Generally it will be safe to assume that a tandem axle trailer with a 7K GVWR would have a pair of 3.5K round tube axles underneath. Provided my assessment is accurate, we have the following options.
The first thing would be to use an over-under kit # K71-384-00. This is used on trailers that have the leaf spring pack positioned below the axle. This kit allows us to reposition the leaf spring pack to the top of the axle. This will lift the trailer by the diameter of the axle (likely 2-3/8"), plus the thickness of the leaf spring pack (around 1"). This would be the easiest, most effective way of lifting your trailer.
Aside from that, the only option would be to remove the current spring hangers and have taller hangers welded on. I do not know the exact height of the current hangers, but we do have hangers like the # E4139 which is 4-1/4" tall. This of course would require welding and would likely not give you as much lift as the over under kit.
