According to Nissan, the only real difference between the Canadian Frontier and the American Frontier is the shift on the fly 4 wheel drive system with 2WD/4Hl/4LO models, which won't affect whether the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED39FR will work with your truck or not.

So yes, this wiring harness will work just fine with your Frontier.
