Can Progressive Dynamics Charge Wizard Button Be Used for Lithium Battery Bank

Question:

I have PD RV power center the Li/LA battery charging. I Googled question What does Wizard Mode button do? You talk about the Wizard Mode button for lead acid batteries... Suppose you have Lithium batteries and the dip switch is moved for Li, does the Wizard Mode do anything for Li charging? Plugged into shore power, I see 14.3 v on the batteries. I unplug, drive 20 min, and batteries are at 13.3 volts. I am using a generator to charge to at least 13.4 so we wont run low overnight we have an inverter for our residential fridge.

The Charge Wizard button on your Progressive Dynamics PD4560, replaced by the part # PD4560K18LS8, is only designed to be used for lead/acid batteries. This mode is supposed to be turned off when connected to lithium batteries so there is constant 14.6V going to the battery bank.

This is all according to the operation instructions provided by Progressive Dynamics.
