Replacement Trailer Tire that is Taller than 7.00-15LT
Question:
I have an 89 4 horse trailer with 7x15lt tires on it and am looking for a replacement tire size that would be one or 2 sizes taller but still fit this rim. Is there such a tire?

Your 7.00-15LT tires have a section width of 7.8" and outer diameter of 29.4" and fit on 15" x 5", 15" x 5-1/2", 15" x 6" wheel and the most similar modern size is the 205/75-15 like the part # AM10245 which has a max load capacity of 2,150 lbs at 65 psi. The tallest tire size that would fit would be a ST225/75R15 like the part # AM10256 which is 28.4 inches in diameter.
