Are the rails black or just the corner brackets? Are these a No-drillinch installation?

The Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails # P88898 do not require drilling. They install in the stake pockets on your truck. These are completely black, including the rails. They fit the 2017-2023 Nissan Titan and 2016-2023 Nissan Titan XD with a 6-1/2' bed.
