I read that it will plug into the existing thermostat but what about all the other wiring.

Based on the question you're asking about I'm assuming you have a Dometic setup right now. The 6-pin wiring harness on the # ACM135 will allow you to use the other components from your existing Dometic setup. I don't know exactly what you're referencing with all the other wiring but the air conditioner will still be hardwired for power like what you have now.

For your Dometic Duo Therm PDX 57915.622 we have the replacement shroud part #DMC69FR as a confirmed fit. The color will be more of an off-white than the white of your old shroud but this will still fit and work great.
