I do have one hitch that has been confirmed for the 2024 model. The draw tite # DT82QR that you mentioned has not been confirmed for 2024 yet. I recommend going instead with the Curt class 3 hitch # C33NR, which is confirmed to fit your 2024 Lexus NX 350h.
That said, it is likely that the draw tite # DT82QR will be confirmed for the 2024 model in the coming months. We have not got our hands on a 2024 yet so we cannot guarantee fitment.
