If your 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 Chassis Cab is a Heavy Duty, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F2478 is a fit for your truck. This system reduces the stress on the rear suspension of your truck and allows you to maintain an even load distribution for off-center loads. It also absorbs road shock for a more comfortable ride. These springs will not increase the weight capacity of your Ram. You should never exceed the manufacturer weight-carrying capacity. This system has an adjustable air pressure range from 5 to 100 psi.
To eliminate the need to manually adjust the air pressure in the springs each time you use them, I recommend the Firestone Level Command II - Dual-Gauge w/ Heavy-Duty Compressor, part # F2219. This system allows you to control the air pressure levels from the cab of your truck. It will level 2 air springs individually, which helps when you have uneven loads to work with.
