For your 2019 Grand Design Solitude ST2930RL you'll need either the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-464-465 if you're wanting self-adjusting brake assemblies or the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-6 if you're wanting to manual adjust your brake assemblies.
I reached out to Dexter with your axle number and found that for the grease seal you'll need part # GS-2250DL. If you need to replace the bearings you'll want to use the part # 25580 and # 14125A.
When you remove the hub to take a look at the brake assembly you'll want to check both the hub and the brake magnet for any deep scratches or gouges. A brake magnet when energized will cling to the face of the hub and push the brake shoes out to rub against the hub and slow the trailer down. Deep scratches or gouges can create a gap between the magnet and hub and weaken the connection giving you less responsive brakes.
If you feel like your brakes aren't responding as they should and you have manual adjust brakes then the first thing I would check is that they've been adjusted correctly because over time the brake shoe pads will wear and you'll have less force against the hub. Next I would check the brake magnet and hub for any damage and the brake shoe pads to see if they're at a point where they're too worn and in need of replacement.
