The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS43TASF has an auto dimming feature on the monitor so it automatically adjusts the brightness to fit with the ambient light. What you need to do is go into the menu settings and turn this feature off prior to adjusting the brightness through the same menu.
If you aren't sure how to navigate the menu I've linked the instructions for this system to the answer page. You just need to start on page 14 and it explains how to get to different settings in the menu.
If changing the dimming settings doesn't work then you'll want to add a shade over the monitor as well to help contrast it with the brightness of the sun.
