If you're meaning a 2" hitch receiver then yes the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7380 will work great and has plenty of capacity at 6,500 lbs.

This style of tow bar is only going to work if you have a Blue Ox, Demco, or etrailer base plates with a maximum width between brackets of 32".

This tow bar can also be adapted to fit Roadmaster direct connect style base plates with the adapter # RO64FR.

These tow bars are going to work with any 2" hitch, a 6,500 lb weight capacity, and is made in the USA.

If you don't have a set of baseplates on your truck you're going to need to add some with # BO74FR.

Also, I don't know what you have or don't have, but you're also going to need:

-A 12v Outlet Kit # RM-9332,

-A wiring harness # RM-152-98146-7,

-A charge line kit # RM-156-25,

&

-A braking system # RM-9400.

All of these components are going to be required by law if you're dinghy towing your vehicle behind your motorhome or your case the rental truck.

Since it sounds like you just need something quick to move your truck, I'd recommend renting out a car trailer and load your truck on top and pull that behind. the only way I'd be able to justify spending the money on all these components would be if I planned on reusing everything again down the line.
