Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2023 Honda HR-V

Question:

Will this hitch fit the new 2023 frame, as it is different from the 2022 and earlier models. I tried in Sept. 2022 to have a hitch put on, but it wouldnt fit, because of the new frame for this model. it is the same frame as the Civic. Thank you
