Rack for Carrying Two Kayaks with 2014 Subaru Outback
Question:
What is the recommended and easiest to load rack for two kayaks?

Assuming that your Outback has the OEM crossbars, the Yakima JayLow, part # Y04073 would be an excellent choice. Because of the built in loading ramps, the JayLow is one of the easiest to use kayak carriers we offer. To carry two kayaks, you would need two sets.
Another option would the The Stacker from Thule, part # TH830. Although it would not be as easy to use, The Stacker would be a less expensive option that would allow you to carry up to 4 kayaks, assuming that you had enough space on your crossbars. This rack system is compatible with kayaks up to 10 feet long.
Both carriers include bow and stern tie-downs. I would also recommend the Malone Hood Loops, part # MPG308. The Hood Loops will shut in the hood and liftgate openings to provide a quick and easy attachment point for the bow and stern tie downs.
If your Outback does not have crossbars, they can be easily added by using the Thule Evo Raised Rail Roof Rack which would consist of # TH710401 and # TH712200. I have linked you to some product demonstration and installation videos featuring the products I recommended.
