Replacement Hardware And Instructions For A Curt Trailer Hitch
Question:
There were no bolts or instructions

Expert Reply:
Hardware and install instructions for hitches, like the Curt # C12092 you ordered for your 2013 Ford C-Max, is generally taped up pretty good inside the receiver opening of said hitch. It can be pretty wadded up in there and difficult to notice. However, we all know shipping companies aren't the most gentle with packages and things can get damaged and lost.
That said, if you have checked the receiver opening and the hardware and instructions are not there, you will need to contact our Customer Service to get this replaced. If the hitch was not ordered from etrailer.com though, we do have our part # RHK that will replace all hardware and instructions that originally came with your hitch.
