What Is An E5 Error For A Fogatti Tankless Water Heater
Question:
Hi. I have a Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater 3.5GPM 55000BTU and I’m getting the E5 error. Not much out there on this issue and not getting any kind of response from manufacturer. Do you know how to get parts or tech support from Fogatti? I called LaSalle Bristol and they claim they don’t own Fogatti? Uggghh This thing was $600 and it’s only a year old, supposed to last 10 years! Any assistance would be great ??

The E5 error code for A Fogatti Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR is a fan failure, meaning no fan signal is detected during start-up or water heater operation. This isn't something you can fix yourself and would require reaching back out to the manufacturer. As far as I know LaSalle Bristol is the parent company but you can also get contact information from Fogatti's website as well to get a warranty replacement/repair.
