Question:

Do you make a conversion for a military M105a2 trailer 6 lugs from the electric over hydraulic to all-electric brakes? - If so, can you please supply me with the parts list? Thank you,

Although we do not have a kit, I can let you know which parts are needed for the conversion. Based on what we have found in the past, the M105a2 trailer has multiple axle possibilities ranging from 5,200-7,000 lbs. Assuming that is correct, you will be able to use the # AKEBRK-7-SA.

These are self-adjusting brakes that fit a 12" x 2" drum. I would measure the existing drum to verify this will fit. You also want to make sure you have a 5-bolt brake flange pattern on the axle. The last thing I would check is the inside of your existing drums. You need to have a smooth surface for the brake magnet, and not all hydraulic drums have this. If you don't you will need to replace the hubs and drums as well. If you let me know what bearings and grease seal you have I could help you find the right replacement hubs.

Assuming you already have a 7-way from an EOH setup, the only other thing you will need is # 10-1-1 to run back to the brake assemblies. If you don't have a 7-way you can add a 7-way and junction box using # HM20048 and # 3375601101. You will also need a breakaway if you don't already have one # 20099.
