From the picture you have provided it looks like you already have the Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars # 910021-00 so you should be good to connect to the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 909-9. I don't see the mounting hardware or safety plates so if you need replacements you can get them with part # RM-222.
