I'm assuming you don't already have a hitch or wiring on your 2023 Ford F-150. If that is the case, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e63TR.
This hitch has a bolt-on installation with a max gross trailer weight of 6,000 lbs and max tongue weight of 900 lbs. It also has a matte black powder coat finish that gives it an OEM look and helps hide dirt and scratches. If you do have a factory hitch, you will need the # C26HR instead.
For 4-way wiring, you need the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester # 18252. If you would like to add a 7-way, you can use the # ETBC7. This kit comes with an adapter, wiring, breakers, and everything else you need to upgrade a 4-way to a 7-way.
I have attached some installation videos below for your reference.
