Although there are no Class I hitches for the 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, you can use a Class II like the Curt # C12264. This has the same 1-1/4" receiver and a higher capacity compared to Class I.
Unless you absolutely need a 1-1/4" receiver for some reason, I recommend getting a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver instead. The # e98854 will give you more options for accessories and towing since you won't be limited by the 1-1/4" receiver size.
