We do have all the components you will need to put electric brakes on an axle like the Dexter # 20545I-EZ-72-15 axle you found.

You will need the Axle Beam # T20BTR-EZ-7258. You will then need to have 2 of the Mounting Flanges # 4-34 welded on by a trailer shop. These need to be welded on in the correct place and be perfectly flush to the hub so they do not cause premature wear on the brakes. Once the mounting flange is in place you will be able to attach the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2 with the Mounting Hardware # BRKH7. Finally the Hub/Drum Assembly # 8-257-5UC3-EZ will complete the axle.

For attaching the axle to your leaf springs we have the U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-10 which is bare steel and will need painted. Or the U-Bolt Kit # CE23000 with zinc coated bolts and galvanized plates. This is the best option for trailers used near salt water or in areas which see a lot of salt used on the roadways during the winter if using the trailer in the winter.
