I wish I had more options for you but I checked with our vendors and the only hitches that were made for the 2014 Mazda 5 are class I hitches with a 1-1/4" receiver. I checked with Mazda and it looks like your van has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight. With this in mind, I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 24874. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Mazda with included hardware.
The Draw-Tite item # 24874 is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight so it will get you all the capacity your van has.
I have linked an installation video below.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 56016 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
