For a 30-Amp service RV with the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger, # PD4045KA installed, I recommend the 1,000 Watts - 12V Progressive Dynamics Pure Sine Wave Inverter w/ Transfer Switch & Remote, # PD94FR. I really like the build quality of the Progressive Dynamics products and this component has an integrated transfer switch that will automatically change from inverter to shore power when you hook up to a power pedestal at the campground. The fixed-mount remote lets you monitor and control the inverter from inside your RV. This has a reverse polarity protection and protection for overvoltage, undervoltage, and overloading which can damage equipment.

Please take look at the linked installation where Kevin walks through a complete installation of the Progressive Dynamics Pure Sine Wave Inverter w/ Transfer Switch & Remote, # PD94FR. Because you have a 30-Amp service, you will probably need a sub panel installed too. This is discussed and shown in the installation video.

For solar panels, there are options. If you want a roof mounted system, I recommend the 190-Watt, Go Power Rigid Eclipse Solar Charging System with MPPT Solar Controller, # GP97MR. This does not come in 250-Watts as you listed, but you can add the Expansion Kit for a second 190-Watt Solar Panel, using part number # GP47MR. This charging system uses a rigid 190-watt solar panel and solar controller, the MPPT controller optimizes solar panel output to provide maximum charge. It works with lithium, sealed, gel, and flooded lead acid batteries.

We also have the 200 Watt rated Go Power Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller, # 34282610. What I like about this option that you can park the RV in the best shade option but then deploy the portable unit when setting up camp in the best available sunshine. You can adjust its positioning too so as best capture the available sunlight. There is a 30' Long Extension Cable for Go Power Portable Solar Kit, # 34270356.
