We do indeed have the install instructions for the Draw-Tite hitch # 36493. I have them linked to this reply and they are on the product page as well. Just scroll down the page a little, past where it says "TESTED TOUGH", and you will see a little blue or purple link that says "Installation Details".

I saw you had a 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon linked as your vehicle and I can also say this will definitely fit. I included an install video we did with your vehicle's year, make, and model for further assistance as well. If you were planning on towing with the hitch once you get it installed, I highly recommend also grabbing the Tekonsha T-One harness # 118467. Tekonsha makes the most reliable harnesses out of the brands we carry and it has a very simple install to boot. I included an install video for that as well.
