The Curt # C89CR trailer wiring harness you'd looked at isn't a fit for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade, but fortunately we DO have an option for you that is mostly plug and play.

You'll want to use the Curt # C43FV. The harness plugs inline between the vehicle's taillight wiring harnesses and the taillight assemblies. You'll need to run one wire under the vehicle to the positive battery terminal to provide power for the harness. I've linked the installation instructions for you, and also linked to a help article that provides some information about making the connection to the battery that I mentioned.
