Yes, we do. For your 2007 Chevy 2500 Diesel with a 3" lift, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers item # AL89275. This system has a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity. The internal jounce bumper will give you extra support if you are running low air pressure in the bags.

The exact size spacer you need will depend on just how much the suspension was lifted on your truck as not all 3" lifts are equal and a 3" lift does not necessarily mean that a 3" spacer is needed. This is especially true on Chevy trucks because of the rake the front end has coming from the factory.

My guess is you will need a 2" spacer like item # AL52420 but I have a quick way for you to measure and confirm. You will measure from the upper mounting bracket surface to the lower mounting bracket surface on your truck. Then subtract 6" from this number, which is the height of the air springs included with item # AL89275. The difference will be the spacer height needed.

I also recommend installing an on-board compressor system like the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs item # AL25856 to easily adjust the psi levels of your air springs while on the go. The dual-path controller lets you adjust the two air springs independently of each other to adjust for off-center loads. If the air pressure in your helper springs fall below the minimum safe level the compressor will automatically kick on to restore the air spring pressure.
