I do have some great trailer hitch options for your 2017 Toyota RAV4 but the Draw-Tite hitch is not currently available. Instead, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13406 which is pretty much the same for all intents and purposes. It features a bolt-on install and has a hidden crosstube for the best overall look. It will be great for anything from towing to bike racks and cargo carriers.
Please note, if you're towing then you'll also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118578 and Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.
