Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2009 BMW 328i Sedan
Question:
Hi! Do you have any hitch that can fit a 2009 BMW 328i sedan?

Expert Reply:
Yes, there are trailer hitches that will fit your 2009 BMW 328i sedan. You can use # 24857 that you have referenced.
If you plan on doing some towing, you will need the recommended ball mount part # 3593. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring you can use # C59236 to add a 4-Way flat trailer connector.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
