Will a Roadmaster Base Plate Kit On a 2009 Honda CR-V Work W/ A 2014 Honda CR-V?  

Question:

Have a 09 Honda cr v with a road master base plate. Looking at a 2014 cr v would the 09 base plate fit the 14? Thanks

If you have the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521559-5 on your CR-V, this is not going to work with your 2014 CR-V.

The 2014 CR-V is going to need a completely different base plate kit # RM-521567-5, unfortunately.

If you also needed a complete flat towing setup for your 2014 CR-V, you're also going to need:

-A tow bar # RM-676,

-A 12V outlet kit # RM-9332,

-A braking system # BLU37TR,

&

-A wiring harness # RM-154.

Also, If your owner's manual says to only pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, use # RM76511; if it states to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse, use # RM76512.
