The correct Sliding B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch for the 2023 GM puck system is item # BWRVK3775. The sliding hitch base has legs that will mount directly into the pucks built into your truck bed. The Companion slider has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns.
The B&W Companion item # BWRVK3770 you were looking at is for the GM puck systems built in 2018 or prior. GM changed the dimensions of their puck systems in 2019 so this one will not fit your 2023 Sierra.
