Will 5th Wheel Hitch from Ford Fit a 2001 Dodge Ram

Hello, I have a buddy that has a 97 Ford that he’s trying to get rid of the hitch and I have an 01 Dodge and I’m wondering if it will fit or if I have to buy rails or what do I have to buy to make it fit? Thank you.
