Replacement Front Modular Base for Fixed TracRac Ladder Rack

I had a car wash break this part of the front rack, both sides. If I get this, can I use one for the right side front and the left side front?

We do have replacement front clamps for your Thule TracRac ladder rack with the part # TAPT-27008-02 for the right front and the part # TAPT-27001-02 for the left front.
