Will Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch 75712 Fit a 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude

Question:

Does this fit the Patriot 2014? If so, what needs to be done? One place says that does not fit the 2014 Patriot Latitude. The curt trailer hitch will fit, but it is a lot more work. Im looking for the easiest installation.

Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75712 fits all models of the 2014 Jeep Patriot. Installation will be similar to the vehicle I have linked showing installation on a 2011 model. I have also linked the instructions for you to view. All of the available hitches for your 2014 Patriot install in similar ways. The Draw-Tite hitch has an estimated install time of 30 minutes whereas the Curt hitches are estimated at 40 minutes. Not a huge difference but every little bit counts.

If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. And for trailer wiring you can use # 118552. I have linked instructions and a video for the wiring as well.
