Will The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle 4-Way Wiring Harness # 118749 Fit a 2021 Kia Niro PHEV

Hi, I have the 2021 Kia Niro PHEV Plug-in hybrid electric. Your part Item # 118749 says NOT CONFIRMED TO FIT 2021 Kia Niro PHEV. There is plenty of feedback that says it works with the PHEV, and particularly that it is easier to just attach to the 12v battery in the back of the car there are two posts mentioning this. Any suggestions or cautions? Im not sure the difference between the 12v battery in the front and the 12v battery in the back, but Ive attached pictures of them both. Thanks

I do see the feedback saying they were able to use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118749 on a PHEV of your 2021 Kia Niro. We have also received some feedback internally showing others who were not able to install it due to a different tail light connector. I recommend checking our tail light connectors to determine if you will be able to use this on your specific Kia. I have linked an installation video below which will help you to see how to access the connectors.

As long as you have the same connectors you should not have an issue with the install. And since your battery is in the trunk you defiantly can connect the power in the rear of your Niro.
