You will need either the 4" Spacers # AL52440 or 6" Spacers # AL52460 to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88295 on your 2008 Dodge Ram 2500HD with a 6" lift. You will want to verify with your lift that the 4" rear blocks are the only thing lifting the rear suspension. Sometimes lift kits will also add a additional leaf spring to the pack which also provides lift to the truck. So be sure to select the correct spacer depending on your exact lift.

I recommend installing the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ with the air springs. This system uses a smart manifold which allows you to control the air pressure in each spring from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. This means you do not have to run gauges and hoses in your cab or keep track of a separate remote. The smart manifold also monitors air pressure in your springs while you drive. It will maintain the air pressure within 3psi of your settings so you do not have to monitor the pressure or check them during stops.
