Thule, offers many different roof cargo boxes that are also capable of opening on both sides. Their Force XT, part # TH6358B is very comparable box to the SkyBox for you to check out. You can see how the box opens on both sides by watching the video I have linked.

When considering a roof mounted cargo box, be sure to choose a box that is not so long that it would interfere with your ability to fully open the rear hatch of the vehicle (depending on the vehicle).
