We do carry adapter bars for the very reason you are experiencing. Many tow systems require an adapter to make the tow bar more level. Normally the safe zone for towing a vehicle is either 3 inches above or 3 inches below. You want to make sure your towed vehicle is absolutely level for safe towing.

I recommend the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars, part # RM-048-8. It has a weight capacity of 10,000 lbs, fits 2 inch by 2 inch receivers, and has a rise/drop of 8 inches. It measures 9-7/8 inches from pin hole to pin hole on the adapter. I have attached a photo that shows this dimension.

For a an adapter with a 10 inch rise/drop, I recommend part # RM-048-10.

In case you do not have the other items needed for flat-towing you will need base plates, safety chains, wiring for your towed vehicle, and a supplemental brake system.

I have attached a few helpful articles about flat-towing for you.
