You can install any brake controller in your 2007 Tiffin Phaeton 42QRH, or any other vehicle with a 7-way. The only aspect of a brake controller that is vehicle specific is a plug and play wiring harness. In your case you can splice it in for installation since one is not available.
My favorite brake controller is the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED52VR. The main unit mounts out of sight so it isn't taking up space and you only have the control knob visible in the dash. The knob acts as the manual override and uses a colored LED for diagnostics. Redarc also makes a good, reliable product you can count on.
Since you are installing this in a motorhome space is less of an issue. If you would prefer something with a display then the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is another great option. This has an LCD display which will give you a clear readout on things like braking status or any errors that may occur.
The only exception to those is if you have air brakes. If that is the case, then you will want the Hayes Air Actuated Trailer Brake Controller # HA100400C instead.
I have attached a link below that shows nearby installers in Hulett, WY for your reference.
