Will this hitch work with the frame brackets and the B&W rails it is going in a 2011 chevy with a 58inch box

Yes, The Demco Autoslide 5th wheel hitch # DM8550040 will fit perfectly with the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Install Rails # BWRVK2503 in your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 5-1/2' super short bed.
I recommend going ahead and adding the in-bed 7-way # C56000 to allow you to hook up your 5th wheel connector the easiest way possible.
