Recommended Primer, Paint and Clear Coat For a RV Camper With Aluminum Siding
Question:
Hello, I am planning to paint the exterior aluminum siding of my 30 year old camper. Can you please recommend a product? I’m guessing I should prime it first. I appreciate your assistance.

It is best to use automotive grade primer, paint and clear on your exterior aluminum siding on your camper. This paint type will hold up best as the camper is designed for road use and exposure to harsh elements. If you were to use house type paint it could more easily peel as homes are not subject to as harsh as elements as most vehicles. There are plenty of how to videos for automotive paint preparation and application.
