The Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119 is a 12v fridge and needs DC voltage to operate, not AC that the 120v would be.
That being said, you can use a converter like the Progressive Dynamics 9100 Inteli-Power Converter # PD9130. This will allow you to run your fridge off of the batteries and the converter will plug into the 120v source to then keep your batteries from running dead.
If you have lithium batteries you would want the Progressive Dynamics 9100 Inteli-Power Lithium Converter # PD9130LV.
