Adding Hitch Camera to Furrion Vision S Wireless Camera System
Question:
I already have a Furrion backup camera on my RV, with a monitor. It’s great for seeing what’s behind the RV. I’m wondering though if there’s a camera add-on that’s available that I can use on the back of my rig, so I can see how I’m backing on to the hitch and ball? Some kind of magnetic base so I could just place it on the rear hatch of my rig when needed would be ideal. Any suggestions?

Assuming you have a model with the larger screen like the # FCE48TASL-05 you can add an additional camera to the system. The # FCN48TASF can be paired with the monitor, but mounting it like you described will be up to you. This is designed to be permanently mounted, but you could certainly set it up with a magnet and disconnect it when not in use.
If you don't want to go that route, or you have the 4.3" monitor that can only use 1 camera, you could add something like the Hopkins # HM50002. This mounts over your license plate with a display designed to help you hook up to your trailer. The only downside is this will add an additional monitor to your setup.
