Headlight and Fog Light Replacement Bulbs for 2000 Nissan Maxima GLE
Question:
Regarding part #cm93356...Am I understanding correctly that not only will I receive the 2 headlight bulbs but I will also receive the 2 wedge light bulbs shown in the product photograph for a total of 4 light bulbs? And if this is the case are the 2 additional wedge light bulbs that are shown meant to replace the oem fog light bulbs?

I have confirmed that the EVO Formance Spectra H4 # CM93356 are confirmed as replacement headlight bulbs for your 2000 Nissan Maxima.
Additionally, after speaking with my contacts at EVO, the additional lights that are included with the replacement headlight bulbs are T10 Style bulbs. This style of bulbs are not designed to be used as replacement for OEM fog light bulbs. The T-10 bulbs work great for as any in-dash light bulb replacements, side, marker lights, interior, or license plate light bulb replacements.
Please note that these replacement headlight lights bulbs are designated as off-road use only, and do not meet Department of Transportation specifications.
If you would like replacement fog light bulbs for your car I have provided a link for you. Of the options available I recommend the EVO Formance Lights # CM93442.
I have also provided a link to one of our informational articles about replacement vehicle lighting for your reference.
