What Does Replacement Hitch Hardware Kit for Curt Hitch Audi A3 Come With

2011 Audi A3 I’m looking for hardware for a curt 11192 I ordered from uhaul but arrived with no hardware. Does your replacement kit include the two bolts welded to a piece of metal for the inside of the bumper rail, or will it just a be a regular bolt and washer.
