How To Determine The Correct Manual Pull-Out RV Step Replacement For A Georgie Boy Motorhome

Question:

Good morning, I am searching for the right manual pull down steps for my 2000 Georgie Boy. Currently it has automatic steps attached but they no longer function. I would like to remove them and replace it with a manual option. Can you help me with what the proper product would be for that? Thanks in Advance,

To find the correct manual pull out steps to swap out your electric steps you'll need get a few measurements first. The first one being the bracket width for your current steps, and the second being the height from the ground to the mounting bracket.

Most likely with your Georgie Boy motorhome is only going to need either a double step like the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432682 or TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps # TLA8102. Out of the two I prefer the TorkLift steps since they come with adjustable landing gears to provide extra support so that the steps don't dip down when you walk up or down them like they will with typical pull-out steps.

If you can get me the entry height and mounting bracket width I'd be more than happy to provide you with compatible options and give you my recommendation out of those options.
