Is Cutting Required to Install Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2008 Saturn Vue

im buying this hich for 2008 saturn vue am i gonna have to cut anything for this hitch to fit on my car

You should not have to cut anything to install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75556. The hitch receiver opening will sit just below the rear fascia. The only thing you may want to do is temporarily un-hook the exhaust from the hanger near the rear to make getting the hitch in place and installing the bolts easier.
Other than that, this hitch is a straight-forward, no-drill install. I will include a link to the instructions so you can read through the process. I will also link you to a video of a hitch install on a 2008 Saturn Outlook so you can see how easy lowering the exhaust is.
